About this app

Getting a good nights rest isn't always about quantity but quality. This app will help you by setting alarms for when you should head to sleep and wake up in order to wake up after REM sleep. A full REM cycle is typically 90 minutes of sleep and ideally we should sleep for about 5-6 rem cycles. SleepyTimer is a bedtime/sleep calculator, sleep alarm, or whatever you prefer to call it.

Please rate and review. More importantly, let me know if there's a problem!

Please provide a calculation of the number of hour I am going to sleep in the (tip) next to each suggestion on when I should head to bed I liked this app so much but to me not having this app calculate how many hrs I am going to sleep is a major set back. Please add this feature

I appreciate the honest feed back. I had an update to this app ready last year but my home got burglarized and my androids all stolen. I will be looking into revising my updated, but before I do I will be combing through all the feed back and try to include suggestions such as yours. I hope you will reconsider feed back when it is updated.

I wake up somewhat earlier than I used to but I'm not groggy and feel awake and refreshed every time. Best health and wellbeing app. Thank you

When I use the app, I will wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go. Sometimes I even wake up before my alarm goes off! It's great and totally worth it!!!!! :)

What's new

Some devices have an issue with the default clock (if you have replaced the default alarm app possibly) that can cause the app to crash when adding the timer. So to prevent the crash/force quit I added a friendly error dialog. Looking into ways to make the alarms work for everyone.
