After reading some of these recent reviews I'm glad I only had a couple bucks accumulated in my account! I've been trying to log in for days. Had no idea they bailed!! So I guess I'll review it incase it does come back. I really never had any issues with this app. I've had it from the beginning and only had to uninstall and reinstall once. It didn't add up to much but it's enough to shop for little stuff on Amazon. Had it not have disappeared the way it did I would have given it 5 stars

I've had this app for about 3 years now. The first year it worked great, the second year it changed the conversion amount (1000 Carats for 1 dollar instead of 100 for 1 dollar), along with getting rid of some redemption options, and now the third year I am unable to redeem my carats and am unable to contact anybody to get this fixed. Very disappointed to see this app go downhill over the years.

Been using slidejoy for a long time, sad that it coming to an end for out of US customers. But if it wasnt for this, I wouldnt have found out how horrible a customer service team is. Written in more than 2 times about points that just "expired" when iv been saving up for over a year. Over 36,000 points gone, and with the closing of the app for all countries except for the USA, I wont be able to redeem anything. I got taken. Edit: 05/21 - Multiple emails, no response. Past redemption period.
