The app technically works, I can pay my bills and see my usage stats but everything else is just below average. The design somehow looks like an early 2010s webpage, the colors are not eye pleasing, options are cluttered everywhere, no security at all, some of the options (changing mobile no, notification settings, etc) don't work. Hilarious how the leading and profitable ISP here make such an unintuitive, confusing and ancient looking app because this seems done for a school project.

I've been trying to update my email on the MySLT app for nearly two months, and every time I get the same message: "Service temporarily unavailable." It's beyond frustrating. On top of that, I no longer receive my monthly bill via email, which makes things even more inconvenient. This is a basic feature that should work properly, and it's disappointing that SLT hasn't fixed it after all this time. Please prioritize your users and sort these issues out.

This app needs a serious revamp. It looks and feels like an app from 2010. It constantly shows error alerts when opening it. Broadband usage UI is terrible and not user friendly, it's full of terms that don't make sense to the end user.
