Worst experience with the SLT app. I purchased extra GB through the app and the payment was deducted from my bank account, but the data never showed up on my account. When I contacted customer service multiple times but got no proper response. They were unhelpful and showed no responsibility for the issue. Very disappointed with the service.

The API is broken. It doesn't even show the data usage in a separate manner. Like there is no use of this app in monitoring our data usage in an efficient manner. It refreshes every fricking time i click a button and yet it doesn't even show live data usage. I bet most could create such an app as a first time project to showcase. Worst internet provider who is good at being who it is.

I've been a customer of SLT for along time now and about a year ago when they convinced me to finally switch over to fiber i was not expecting this,at first it was fine used it no problem but as time went the router slowed down in a rapid rate to the point where as of writing this the router is completely bricked, not letting any of my devices connect, never had the line cut paid my bills, the app fine, but the internet connection the shittiest one I've used so far, worst technicians also👎
