The new update is better. Keep it up with your rapid development ๐Ÿ‘Œ. One missing functionality is to reload the checking usage of the remaining data percentage/size. I have to close the app from the task menu and reopen it again to check the remaining data or usage. But the add-on data or extra gb data are getting refreshed when i go back and click on the button again. The above issue is making super frustrated sometimes. Please add the reload feature (pull to refresh). Thanks.

I cant add pakages in our wifi connection,it always says server error when we try to add pakages.specially when we try to add youth add on and youtube pakage. it accepts once in every 100 attempts (rarely).since we couldnt activate those pakages via call,this is a big head ache to us.A spcial note is that all the mobiles that are logged in MY SLT app are showing the same "internal server error"issue.We also changed our router once but still the problem is not cured,This is happening since a year

Can't reduce data packages. Data packages can only be increased. If we want to reduce the data package we have to give them a phone call. But they do not take steps to implement it properly. I gave them a phone call last month before renewing my data package for this month and asked them to reduce my data package. But they did not implement it properly. Their aim here is to exploit customers' money.
