I've been using GigaLife for a couple of months now. Update: Another month of use and now I'm starting to get annoyed with having to log in repeatedly. Now I'm locked out even after entering the password I've been using form the beginning. Edit 09-20-2024 Above issue still unresolved. Additional issue: I can't receive text messages when I'm out of load. So how do I receive OTP when I'm trying to pay for load? Don't tell me I have to go out and buy a card!

We understand how frustrating unexpected logouts can be, Terry. Our 'auto-logout' feature is there to protect your account from unauthorized transactions. Regarding your OTP issue, please email your mobile number, details of the problem, and your location to Uxteam@smart.com.ph so our team can investigate further. - Ed
