My previous subscription I had with vicohome for the AI integration DID NOT carry over to the new app. It clearly states that the subscription would carry over but like many many reviews here it does not. I paid for the year back in February and was forced to change apps in mid April. I have sent 4 emails over time trying to get some help and never get a response. Started working with the BBB because it's a common issue with most users. Horrendous business practices and needs to be addressed.

I can no longer get still shots, recordings only. I can no longer go to live feed. I refuse to pay a subscription fee for this app. I prefer the old app and it's features. I am not sure why we were forced into an app that is a downgrade from the original. The app identified most birds correctly with a few misses. The inability to get still shots makes this app basically useless to me.

This is a terrible app. I cannot get any recording videos. Only still shots. My SD card will not record. Does not even recognize it. Very hard to maneuver around different areas in the app. I will not pay for a subscription. to see the type of bird? All I am getting are hummingbirds, and I know what they look like. So I do not need a subscription. Because it doesn't work very good. That's probably why they want you to buy in to a subscription. The old app worked fine. I want it back
