Nice house and apt finder It is nice, because it even tell you how much is the fee that you have to pay in a condo. Also it appear way more houses and condos than other search engines. But the UI should cange a little, it is not so easy to start searching.
Well It returns home listings usually, and thats about all it can do well. Horrific UI. Loaded with bugs typical of a cheaply built web app. Probably built 5 years ago. Century 21 is a big brand, invest some money into your main source of exposure - mobile.
Not user friendly The app just needs some help, it could be so much easier to use (like other real estate apps are). I HATE the advanced search. It needs to allow you to type in numbers for your price range, I hate the scroll bar, you can't get to the exact numbers you want, it jumps in increments of 50k.
Frustrating 1st, when returning to the search results after viewing a listing, you have to start at the top of the list again. 2nd, there's no way to filter out pending listings. 3rd, applying filters to an existing search does not change the results.
Not ready for prime time Not sure who wrote this garbage but if I released something like this I would be fired. First thing I did was lookup a specific address and received 99 results. Did the same thing on the C21 web site and it worked just fine. Then I performed a sort by price high to low and the I'm not sure what the sort was, but it was not by price ascending. Come on C21 IT STAFF!!! Business layer for the app should be the same as the website. Shameful.
Good but My only issue is on my tablet it doesn't tell me if the home is a package deal or sold pending at times or if it a cash only offer important details why get your hopes up then be let down by information that should be included
