Really easy to use app to create inspection or check-in / check-out reports - even without internet at the property.
Just take pictures into rooms and categories as you walk around the property. Then add descriptive comments to support your pictures (do that on your device or online later; you can even use your the speech to text capabilities of your device).
Upload to your online control panel to download a professionally formatted report in PDF or online, which automatically includes date and time stamps when images were taken or uploaded.
Used by individual landlords, portfolio landlords, agents, as well as teams of clerks and others.
