Ratings and reviews

First things first, the user interface (UI) is a BIG NO for me. It's messy, unresponsive, and most of the time, very confusing. MAYBE, just maybe, I can tolerate it if they provide me with good quality of service. However, that's not the case here in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The internet signal is bad. Additionally, the internet packages they offer are pricey, and the "Unlimited" package is also BS.

For updates now it's so bad, the UI display is too exaggerated making the application take a long time to load the UI, then for CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE it's really the worst, Where when I need CS help I have to wait a very long time for a reply from CS, and I don't have time for that, every time I close the MySF application because I'm tired of waiting for a reply from CS the chat just disappeared, so I had to start the chat again from the beginning & waited a long time to get a reply

Working as intended, but UI can be improved. Very "box-y". Forgot about the extra quota from previous review, it doesn't exist anymore.
