This app is piss poor in terms of performance and UI/UX. Design is bloated. Gamification is not worth it. Horrible experience even in browsing the packages. No other apps has made me this frustrated in using it. I used to love smartfren due to it being cheap and relatively fast, and internet package is easily purchased. I guess it's already time to change operator....

English instructions are incomplete. You have to download two apps to top up credit and to use your mifi device. Extremely difficult to top up credit. App declines US credit cards and the virtual account transfer instructions are incomplete (no account name given). The mifi device is useless after it runs out of its initial credit.

For some reason it's drain your data very fast, if you download a file it use up more data like twice the file size, so 1 gb download use 1-2 gb extra data, so you ended up using up to 3 gb data on 1 gb file. Other isp for example use 1 gb data for 1 gb file, maybe some extra data but barely noticeable like 5 to 10 percent of the total file size. And worse is it's still way more slower and unstable. The app itself still feels like bloatware, so many top up every time I open it.
