App needs a massive overhaul. Very buggy. I can't top up. "Proceed" just won't work. Username and password given are the same and not called username or password when received. Feels like an app designed by a committee. Would not recommend. Makes me want to give ip my lease and move to a dumb home. This stuff Is only uselful if it works. UPDATE: APP BEEM UPDATED AND REHAULED. STILL DOESNT WORK. WOULD CHANGE TO ZERO STARS

Payments are very inconvenient. Smart matter should inlist with banks for in-app Payments. Also, my data/balances haven't updated in 3days. The whole point of this thing was convenience but it's been the total opposite since!! Yerrr!! #Aggrieved

It amazes me, how well this app works at cutting you off for being a few cents over....but when you recharge good luck....it takes hours and emails to get the power back... To Smartmatter Ps- When your service delivery is slower than Eskom you really have a problem. I should also mention that I don't understand why massive complexes and estates have these 3rd party apps like Smartmatter....when there is no real benefit....
