Poor poor service, tried numerous times to submit photos for myself and my daughter for our passports but they keep refusing to accept the photo, eventually they said we couldn't try anymore and wouldn't refund the cost of £17. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Process very easy and fast. Looks like the app make sure the photo meet with administration requirements which is where the value is. However the payment process is very bad, the app choose for yourself the currency, I am French national living in France and it selected the UK currency while my girlfriend is Venezuelan living in France had the Mexican currency.... Can users choose the currency instead of the app based on phone configuration ? It will avoid unnecessary change charges fro payments
