System Control (free version) Not bad for a free app. As you likely know, it requires root perms, and if you're not intimately familiar with the Android/Linux/UNIX architecture the device in your hand is built upon, then tread LIGHTLY when altering the core settings this app enables you to change simply via GUI... AND: "Always Have a Backup" Cheers.
Phone Saviour I was on the verge of tossing my tablet in the bin when I came across this handy app it let's you have full control of your memory so apps don't crash often the pro version is well worth your money.
What???????? I have the free version and have not noticed any ads other than for the pro version. These griefers have picked up malware and don't know it. This app does what it says and does it well. I got rid of a few much larger, less efficient apps. Could use better help docs. And when I click on the build.prop tab, it crashes. But a good app. People are just morons, as a rule...
Its good I have swapped 1024mb of ram. It swapped from my internal storage. Now my internal storage is full. How can I change it to SD card?? Please reply
Finally decent size file swap that works Using kfhd 7 with n2a kitkat tried several swap apparently none did the job as easily as this now have 1gb ram plus additional 386 mb. No hangups do suggest using no frills CPU overlook CPU to 1.5ghz dual CPU but on this application just go to virtual machine will create swap file on internal memory easy as that recommend
Crashes & Poor UI It continously crashes in the memory section, when you try to get in by hitting "memory". In addition the UI is very raw with no description anywhere, or a "help" menu for some kind of instructions or somehow. Otherwise is OK and a very common app (that's if you know how to use it).
Low memory killer values increased up to 300
Swap file increased up to 2048MB
Removed some type of ads
