The Motorola Smart Safe is a smartphone enabled personal safe that keeps medication private and secure, helps combat the prescription medication abuse epidemic in our country and protects children, loved ones and communities from the dangers of drug abuse. The Motorola Smart Safe was initially designed as a direct response to this epidemic, but in building the best medication safe we realized that the Motorola Smart Safe is so versatile it can be used to store any personal items an individual might want to keep private and safe.

Compatibility

Motorola Smart Safe app is compatible with all Motorola Smart Safes as well as iKeyp models including discontinued iKeyp Pro and iKeyp Bolt. Motorola FLEX and BOLT Smart Safes are sold separately.

Ratings and reviews

App (and safe) are working fine. There was a stability issue with the app version released on 01-18-24 but the next release has fixed that. My only request would be the addition of a low battery alert via the app, I've had to open the safe with the keys a few times due to weak batteries.

Absolutely no support at all. After many failed attempts to connect my safe, trying many different troubleshooting methods, nothing. Go to contact their support, it's just an FAQ page. Found a support phone number in the manual. It's just a voice prompt telling you to email support. Trash product (plastic safe) trash app and severely lacking in any semblance of support.

My safe Linda connecs? like i can unlock it through the phone but i have to press a few things on the safe to do this (not the code). So idk if it works properly, it always responds to my attempts to link it on my wifi with something about the conncetion failing, but then it will show the safe and its location (room name, not gps or maps) in the app. i think it fails to do this if im not on The wifi network. safe itself works, and i lioe thst iit has a battery status indication feature.
