Ratings and reviews

I am facing an issue with tracking my external portfolio. After raising the ticket two fund which was incorrectly showing in my external fund were deleted. However, now I could see a new external fund, which I have redeemed long back. I have written to their customer support, but it's been 3 days, but I haven't received any support or response from the team. I overall like the app. It's easy to use and provides very good quality analysis. However, very poor customer support service

App is good but this new UI is hard to navigate and lots of bugs. Like Genius portfolios even after withdrawing all money stays on the app showing a loss while there is none. I had cancelled a deposit for FD and since then, it shows as Deposit in Process. They are advertising Genius like crazy and if you click explore on the popup for genius suggestion, back button takes you to dashboard and you will lose the mutual fund page you were exploring before. and Smart deposit feature is hard to find.

So many random return rates for "Earn". Very complex and confusing. Mobikwik Xtra and Twelve.club are giving much higher returns and simple straightforward option to select. ET money Earn investment steps are cluttered with so many options and ranges. The returns are also significantly lower than the competitors.
