About Casa Leo

We are based in California and founded by a lifelong cat person with an eye for product design. We take our name from his rescue cat Leo. Found in a dumpster and badly injured, Leo was nursed back to health and went on to live 18 wonderful years in the comfort of a home.

Ratings and reviews

App needs custom notifications settings. You receive lots of unnecessary notifications about the use of the litter box, like every time a cat uses it. I don't need this information. I just want to know if the litter box is full or something is wrong. It would be great if the notifications could be set within the app to notify when the litter box is full only and turn off everything else.

I have the Leo's Loo Too. And I don't think I've ever had more issues with an app. I took me 8 hours the get my litter box to pair with the app, and it when it's paired, it actually won't stay online for more than 4 or 5 days. I've woken up with the litter box half-rotated because the drawer was full and a clump was stuck in the chute, but I had no idea because my app was offline for 3 days. When it's online, I get no notifs. ETA: Now, box only online for <1hr.

1/15/25: some say notifications are working now, but not for me. (Google Pixel) (I'm a qa Dev, I've tried resetting permissions, and re-installling.) Original: The notifications system does not work. I never receive notifications and that is a real big problem. The box itself works pretty well it's a bummer that I can't get notifications. I'm gonna switch to litter robot if this isn't addressed soon.
