Train both in the gym and at home with one of the Burn App’s eight challenging programs. These programs utilize smart technology to “level you up” once you are ready for more difficult exercise progressions and variations within your program. The levels constantly push you to challenge yourself and the new variations and progressions make it possible for you to always have a new, invigorating workout for an infinite amount of time.

So how does it work?

After downloading and creating your account, we’ll ask you a few questions to understand your fitness goals better. Once you’ve completed your questionnaire, the Burn App will analyze your preferences and pair you with a program best suited for you.

Within our programs, you will experience various training styles including:

• Circuit Training
• Muscle Burnout Challenges
• Bodyweight Exercises
• Strength Training

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS

The Burn App is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription which is available in monthly, quarterly, or yearly models. All users are eligible for a free trial period regardless of which subscription model they choose!

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing your subscription.

Progressive overload is where this app shines. Overall, I am very happy with the levels and difficulty. I love that the timed exercises are automatic and that you can go at your own pace. I wish the timers would beep so you would know when there was a break instead of staring at the phone the whole time. Also, have some guidance, maybe a paragraph to describe where to focus the intensity and what muscles to engage would be helpful.

Love this app! I love that the workouts repeat, adding weight each time and my favorite part is that Cara shows you how to do the exercise. It's not like a class that you have to keep on - you can listen to your own music and put your device down! Watch her do the exercise once, and take your time doing it. No class to keep up with, and pick your own music! Also keeps track of your weight for you.

I recommend this app to everyone I know. I've worked out consistently my whole life and never had the results I was hoping for. This app completely transformed by body. The recomposition is so noticeable I get compliments all the time now. Actually seeing results has made me even more excited to go to the gym. Best program I've ever used and I've tried just about everything. Worth every penny.
