This is by far one of the most frustrating banking apps out there. It automatically enables 2-step verification which is good. Security matters and all that. But when I have to call customer service every time I want to log in because the SMS text messages refuse to be sent to my phone even though it's the correct phone number, it just doesn't seem worth it. I would reccomend just going to the atm to check your balance. Because this is terrible.

Hi, Austin! We’re sorry you’ve had trouble with the verification codes. Using the app, it shouldn’t ask you for codes after you’ve logged in and created your PIN unless the PIN has been entered incorrectly. We’d really like to visit with you to see if we can find the cause. Please call 800.943.8488 and ask for the SMB Online department.

For me, it works about 5% of the time. IF it loads at all, it rarely shows my running balance. I've called customer support, I've checked out everything. I've uninstalled it and then reinstalled it 2-3 times. I really really need an app that I can rely on. As much as I like the look and options on this app, I'd rather have the old one. At least it work all the time.

We appreciate your feedback! Your running balance will not display on pending transactions. Once they hard post, you’ll see the running balance next to each transaction. The balance in your app will include the pending transactions, so you can rely on it for an up-to-date balance. We’re here to help if you have any questions! 800.943.8488

Edit: They reached out and help! Now works great. I'm leaving the old info so if it happens to you, you know they'll fix it. Always locks my account. When it works, it's great which is why I gave 2stars instead of 1. I've had to reset my password every time I've used the app for a few weeks now. The final blow is it now says I'm not enrolled in mobile banking. I've had their mobile banking for at least 4 years on two different accounts.
