The convenience of having an app to keep track of all of this for you is great, however the app has almost nothing but issues. The developers need to seriously work on the coding for this app, as it's below subpar and most people are irritated with the constant issues. Half the time the app won't even load up correctly or will take upwards of 5 mins to load up. In today's day and age, that just isn't up to par and cutting it. Upgrades need to be made before the company fails and loses customers.

I agree with others that the app is not perfect but I do have some tips for capturing photos: make sure you are in a bright place, when you have the camera up and focused on the strip, touch your screen on the green part of the strip for your camera to focus on the lines. You do need to hold very still which is sometimes difficult because you're focused on something so small, so I take a deep breath and hold it while it's taking the photo, that seems to work. Make sure your strip is level!

This worked amazing for about a month, i was using the tests daily and uploading the photos and everything was great.....i stopped testing while on my period, and ever since i have not been able to get the app to read any further tests! No matter what lighting or angle or how perfectly i line it all up. This is SO frustrating!!!! It refuses to read anything!
