I love this App! I recommend it to everyone. Sleep meditations it's like he tucks you into bed and does everything but kiss your forehead. I suffer from severe anxiety, depression and PTSD and it's literally debilitating at times. This has truly been so helpful to me. One suggestion I would like to add is an emergency toolbox for when things get overwhelming. Something that calms you down and brings you intune with the world and separates the overwhelming thoughts. I wish there was a few more for kids, I use it while volunteering. I find personally progressive relaxation is helpful with them so something like that would just be incredible. Thank you thank you thank you. Love the accent :)
Love the meditations but I think there is something wrong with the mood tracker. I fill it in each time but the app goes back to the same settings. Would love it to be fixed please ☺️
Maybe it could have a timer so when I want to keep meditating after a session the tracking of the app would know it. It would be perfect too if it wasn't needed to log in everytime you want to meditate. Yet, you cannot meditate without internet connection, and sometimes you need it, for example, when you travel abroad, airports, trains, buses, countryside, etc When this is fixed it will be a 5 stars app
Bad login process... Makes me sign in if offline and then cannot access... Other than that it's great.
Great guide! Wouldn't mind some more relaxing music. But still remains a wonderful app
The looped background music was driving me nuts, but since I found the button to turn that off it's great!
