To use the Smith’s app, you'll need a Smith’s digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

New update broke coupons! I've been using this app since it was released. It's always had some issues and bugs, especially when it comes to coupons. This time, the coupons are not clipping at all. I'm getting an error message for everything in the current add when I attempt to clip. I've even clipped from the desktop website and then the app will seemingly delete what I've clipped. It's not acceptable for a company this large to have such a buggy user interface.

It is a pretty useful App, but also pretty annoying! The UI is fairly cumbersome making it difficult to find things. Certain items on your list become unavailable, but when you search, you'll find a different listing for the exact same item that is available, forcing you to remove one and add the other. Why not just update the existing entry? It would also be nice to have an Add to Cart option for individual items right from the list view instead having to click on the item to add then back out.

Having massive problems at checkout: For a while have had to refresh a few times to get payment methods to show, but recently that number has jumped so high that actually placing the order on the website is preferable. Also, two things regarding out-of-stock items: (1) We should still be able to put them in our carts, in case they're restocked by the time the order is put together. (2) We should have the option to be put on a waiting-list if they aren't.
