Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't receive messages properly. I need to manually refresh by dragging up or going into "..." and selecting refresh to see new messages. Even restarting the app doesn't help. I imagine that's why I get decent number of matches but no replies. I sent support a message 3 months back and they didn't care enough. Per their response: "Thank you for your response. If you continue to experience this issue, please let us know!". I'm letting you know through this review.

Do not recommend this app at all. It requires Facebook to log in and use instead of an email or phone number. There are no notifications for likes, matches, or messages. Filters for age and distance do not work. Uninstalling and clearing the cache does nothing. It is full of scamners, bots, and fake accounts. Oh, and a crazy stalker that barely spoke English. In four months living in one of the largest Jewish cities in the country I only had the above for matches or people 1000+ miles away.

I have always liked the app, but it randomly stopped working and nothing will fix it. It shows that it logs me in and I can see my matches but then when I try to refresh or send a message or anything it says generic server error response. then when I tried to go to support it says that there's an error loading the support page.
