I see some users saying certain features don't work and others complaining about the company (which has NOTHING to do with the app, itself). I personally have no such complaints. Everything works as advertised (the bluetooth did fail to connect once but a restart of the app fixed that). That said, it takes a significant amount of YouTubing and review reading to figure out how to use the app. An actual instruction manual for the app is nowhere to be found. I noticed that the power bars in the app dropped to a single bar within a very short time (which may have been the cause of one reviewer's complaint) but then changed in color from red to blue and reset to full bars and worked another couple of hours before dropping a bar. Apparently there are multiple stages of power, but how is one supposed to know that? I have only had the device a couple of days and have not run it completely dry of power, so I don't know if maybe it turns to green when the blue bars are depleted...? What I do know is that the app works well IF you can figure out how to use it, but an instruction manual on the app would be phenomenally helpful.

I never right these reviews because I feel they never get resolved. I paid about $299 for this device. I've had this for several months now and I still can't get it to work correctly with my S9+. The device itself is buggy and It does not focus or object track continously. It fails also to recognize su jects so it doesn't track. The batter runs out very fast for some reason when it finally works. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone!!!

That's not the correct app for your device.
the app doesn't do what it is to do which is unfortunate. It connects to my S9+ but the record button doesn't record which is a shame. Nor can I get any other function to work yet. I've tried several online tutorials as well. The tutorial says X but the app doesn't do X as indicated. Plus it sucks my battery life pretty quickly. Their customer service was great when I had a defective unit. They shipped out a unit in time for me to use for a big event I had media credentials for. Thank you
