If you're looking for a no frills metronome this is a great app. It has just the basic metronome functions but that is all you really need if you're starting out. Plus it runs on your phone so you can set it next to where you play guitar and have a metronome whenever you need it and you can plug in your headphones so you can hear it over your guitar. Also the version I got is add free.

Is a good "free" metronome. The tap feature is really the only thing that I actually use consistently. Tho I with the metronome had more voices because I don't think that paying for just four more sounds is worth it Another thing. could there be any other way to visually see the metronome? The sliding ball just isn't doing it for me For anyone reading my review, I do recommend this metronome, but don't don't git your hopes to high. It is still free and doesn't have ads, and that's all I need

This is a good metronome for my nonmusical needs. Like others I use this for breathing exercises. Set on 11bpm, I get two unique sounds spaced 5.5 seconds apart. After reading someone else's review I also use it as a reminder to scan my mirrors while driving. Brilliant, a good habit is developing. I wish there were a volume control. I sometimes use the app while listening to podcasts and being able to control the volume would be great. I didn't need the extra sounds, bought them anyway.
