I thought maybe purchasing the app would possibly fix the problem which I did months ago but still have no sound when playing back recordings, there's nothing there! So now I don't have very important recordings I needed & lost money! Again this has been going on for months & multiple other people have reported the same problem. Horrible! Unacceptable!

This app works very well, as far as it's recording. The playback is very clear from both sides of the conversation. The only issue I have is with setting the caller's 🆔. If the caller is not already found in your contact list, it will not allow you to set the caller ID, for your saved recording. You cannot type in the name. You have to leave the app, go into your contacts, add that number to your contacts, with it's identity, save it and leave contacts to go back into CALL IU, then set the 🆔.

Just tested this on a couple incoming and outgoing phone calls. Works great and the sound quality is fantastic!!! I also love that you can pause recording if needed. I didn't really change any of the default settings but I did upgrade to premium. I was using a different app for years that worked fine, but then when my phone upgraded to Android 10 it stopped working completely. So glad to have found a fantastic replacement app!
