Continual issues with uploading documents. No response to emails, or help "tickets" in the app. No means within the app to delete your account or your private account information. It was advised through Craigslist, and no response from them through the link, either. Several attempts to correspond for two weeks (7/16/2024 - 8/1/2024). Self explanatory, but I don't recommend it or the company.

In short, NOJUST NO I originally downloaded over a week ago before leaving Maine for Florida. There is absolutely no help with this very troubled app. The ad the company places for homehealth care positions encourages you to check their NPI Registry which doesn't include a cert for homecare only transportation. They aren't registered with BBB ..kinda says something about them. The app is almost impossible to remove from your phone and it's probably a phishing scheme

This app is no good. I upload all documents that was needed and nothing has happened yet and it's been over two and a half months when I go to try to delete it it will not delete when I email them to tell them to delete my profile the email came back undeliver. It doesn't even exist anymore. So I would advise anyone that is tempted to use this app please do not use it because they will have all your information and you will be unable to delete it.
