Ratings and reviews

Tested mic and camera before visit and everything was good. As soon as the health provider connected, she couldn't hear me at all. I was told she would contact support and reconnect, and she just disconnected. I can't get through to technical support. This app is NOT helpful at all. What are we supposed to do in order to be screened for Covid 19 now? Did Telehealth just take my money? This is unacceptable! I received ZERO care, yet have been charged.

If I could give it less I honestly would. They were unable to be reached for over an hour I waited for a doctor. No answer. Stopped using it for months and actually never used it and they charged me randomly got an email saying it would be fixed but decided to try and take my card off. It doesn't give you the option to do so. But it sure gave you no option but to put your card there even though I work for a hospital that the service was supposed to be free.

EDIT: Thank you for your response. I have received my refund promptly. I have been charged by telescope for 20$ recently. I havent used this app in months. Received a receipt for this service....I havent used this app in MONTHS????? WHY am I being charged??? I think this app has been compromised do not install it.
