Good app, but something isn't quite right. I am having issues with the app not wanting to load individual cameras after it initially opens. This issue started and has continued to be an issue following the last few app updates. The latest update causes my phone to restart after I close this app.
Needs super fast Internet to work. If you don't have that it's extremely frustrating... Loss of cameras, times out, playback takes 5-15 seconds to load 1 second of video playback... Only 1 camera at a time... 😕
Don't! Just don't!!!! It's absolutely frustrating and unreliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I use to be able to check the cameras in "away mode" but now with an update and a new Android phone, it's not even an option. Now I have to call my service Tech for $350 to come out and trouble shoot again. The cameras are horrible at night. I couldn't tell you if a saw a bear or poodle, the imaging is garbage. After $12,000 install and equipment I'm about to trash it all for something I can get at Fry's.
Horrible app! Use to work fine away from home. Now its barely 50/50. Do your loyal customers a solid AND fix this app ASAP.
Works quite well with my Luma 500 DVR. However, at some point in the past few months it stopped connecting over mobile data (still works great over Wi-Fi). It used to work fine, but suddenly stopped over mobile/cellular network. Have researched extensively and can't find a solution, so must be an app issue?
I had it on my Samsung Rugby Pro and it worked fine. Upgraded to a Samsung S8 and it refuses to load. It needs a massive update.
