Ratings and reviews

It's cool and all and the lenses are funny, but it's always so slow. When I try to view spotlights that I've saved, sometimes the video doesn't finish and it begins to lag and even when I go back to it, it's still the same until I leave it for a long time. Also, there's no form of privacy - if I delete a chat or save a snap or take a screenshot, everyone know. Also when I'm listening to voice notes, if the person sends a new chat, it starts from the beginning. It's so annoying. Not recommending.

good app overall, but a few downsides. for example, I'm not a big fan of the 3D bitmojis (especially in the customisation section). I think there should be an option to change the bitmoji to 2D or 3D, depending on your preference, so the app looks more pleasing to you. also, the app sometimes crashes and won't open until i force stop the app. It can get annoying, but it's not often. It's a decent app that i use daily, and I'm glad dark mode is available for other phone models besides iPhone.

Don't know what they did, but my messages almost never load now, have to close and relaunch the app multiple times for them to show up. Just started a week or so ago. Editing to one star because it's somehow gotten worse. Now I can't get the messages to load at all, it takes at least 5 or 6 tries of closing and reopening the app just to load the messages. It's ridiculous. I've force closed, I've Uninstaller and reinstalled, nothing seems to fix it.
