they added Google Pay as an option and now won't leave my normal payment method as default even though I've never set anything else up. It also doesn't remember my delivery message or handing it to me, and defaults to pickup at the location putting me through some hoops and warnings to get delivery. when it's passed to doordash it's not sent as a matching hand it to me, rather set up automatically as leave at the door no matter what you selected. Otherwise good.

food is great ( 90% of the time, occasionally depending on either who assemble the order or how busy they are they tend to be stingy with sauce and toppings). The app needs some more work. It has improved since they last updated it. They worked out the kinks with customizing orders but I had issues with redeeming points when placing an order in the app for pickup.

Glitches ALL THE TIME, takes forever to order anything, and has repeatedly erased my coupons before I can even use them. Apparently, management at the locations I've gone to have mentioned the plethora of issues to technical support and nothing is being done. I often find it too difficult to order even when I want McAllister's, so I can't imagine what users who are only partially keen on the food feel when they try to order. Really needs improvement, and really needs to be a more pertinent issue for the company.
