The "Your Order..." banner at the bottom of the screen blocks the options/buttons for quantity of an item as well as the button to add an item to your cart. You can't complete an order if that banner blocks you from adding anything. It's an obvious app programming glitch. Please fix it so I can place an order! Also, half the time if you accidentally tap any "reward" or promo for $$ off, you might be offered ahead of time but then don't immediately follow through with an order... it disappears!

This app does not function. No matter how good my service or wifi is, I am unable to place orders. First I can't get it to actually respond to my selections, it loads slower than anything, and then I finally manage to get my order together only for it to say there is an issue with my order and to try again or try another store. This happens for every location in my area, at all hours of the day. I have rewards I can't use because the app won't let me use them.

This is by far the worst app if all the fast food apps. Frequently, it doesn't even load. It doesn't matter if I am on VPN, my home Wi-Fi, work WiFi, or cellular network. When I can get it to load and start placing an order, either it fails to process or it just crashes. When the app doesn't work, I just pick another place to have dinner and take my business elsewhere.
