there is no option to reach out to customer care, it's completely pathetic, I am really stranded, every time I make a payment the voucher limit increases due to which I am unable to purchase anything from several online platforms. Now I have been trying to recharge my phone with a yearly subscription as it was available, now from several days I don't have the option, when it is not working why to show it, and remove it. it's really very annoying. no one bothers to reply and neither ever call

Now, the app says my credit profile is not updated, which is incorrect. The biggest issue is their customer service-it is the worst have encountered. I have emailed them several times regarding this error, but there has been zero response. There is no way to get help when things go wrong. Fix your support system! fake service
