there is no option to reach out to customer care, it's completely pathetic, I am really stranded, every time I make a payment the voucher limit increases due to which I am unable to purchase anything from several online platforms. Now I have been trying to recharge my phone with a yearly subscription as it was available, now from several days I don't have the option, when it is not working why to show it, and remove it. it's really very annoying. no one bothers to reply and neither ever call

Most reliable app ever for small credits. 0% interest, variety of product options, can also be used for shopping outside of the app, clean user interface and simple EMI process. I loved the new additional feature of Mobile recharge and Bus ticket. my only suggestion would be, give dark mode option, increase product variety in tech section, lower the minimum amount for personal loans, fix "View all" option in Kitchen and other sections.

I was a regular Snapmint user and had purchased multiple products earlier with proper and timely repayments. However, for the last 1.5 years, my account has been showing “No Credit Available”, and I am unable to buy anything. I contacted customer support earlier and was told that my credit limit would be renewed after 3 months, but even after waiting for more than 18 months, there has been no update, no explanation, and no resolution.
