About this app

Using Scan MyCitroën:
1. After installing the application, enter the details of your vehicleto download its documentation
2. Using your smartphone's camera, scan the part of the vehicle you wantadvice on; the targeted part is detected via visual recognition and it triggers the displayof the corresponding documentation
3. Use the "Documentation" tab to access the documentation sectioncorresponding to the scanned item
4. The "Warning and indicator lamps" tab informs you of the nature ofthe alert and displays the initial advice to follow
5. You can also search for one or more keywords in the documentationusing the "magnifying glass" icon
In brief, you can easily access the complete content of thedocumentation with a simple and intuitive experience.

Sadly, whilst the handbook's text is visible, the pictures don't display. As the text refers to numbered items on the pictures, the app is useless. Sad. Update: latest version has fixed all the his! Excellent. If, however, I go onto the Internet's My Citroën app, the pictures still don't display. I hope they'll fix this next.

What a complete and utter waste of time. I put in my number plate, couldn't put in first registered date. Then it said it found my C4, it didn't! On the very first page I saw the keyfob was different, and on the next random selection so was the centre console. Pointless, utterly pointless. It's easier and more effective to keep doing what I've been doing - keeping the actual manual in the storage tray under the front passenger seat.

does not do anything!cannot understand the purpose of this blank app. not possible to add my new citroen. installed via mycitroen app,which works fine. but scan my citroen is and stays blank and nothing is updable.not even the online help through here is usable. rubbish...installed several times now,with and without connecting to car,still blank and unable to add my car. android 14 samsung.
