I have been using smugmug services and app for 3 plus years. The most recent app from last few months has ruined the experience of browsing thru folders and galleries by making the gallery image in wide portrait mode which does not fit the size allocated by the app. So the images are cropped. Old version from earlier 2023 show photo properly. smugmug support response was discouraging. They will not fix it. It could be a future enhancement. It was your past feature which is now broken.

Browsing through my SmugMug site on the app makes the 'user data' increase quite a bit(run out of phone storage), and then have to clear the user data. So then just have to login again and setup the auto upload again. Clearing cache is not the issue. It does'nt have a way to clear the downloaded content without clearing all of the user data(includding the login & upload settings).

Latest update ruined user experience. I have used the smugmug app since it's inception. The latest update is horrible. The way folders are organized & displayed. Often it decides which folders to display not showing them all even though they are public. I can only find some if I search for them other times they show. It is difficult to find my galleries in the new version. The previous version paralleled the website organization. The new one is just a big mess. It seems much worse on my tablet.
