The app is usually released without proper testing. Often has bugs and then patch comes over unnecessary updates. Prime example of careless releasing. When fails there is no option to sent the report automatically. Now who wants to write emails even when I you have app. That now it seems to work. Though not sure why quick pin option is there when I can use it once device is changed. Really unnecessary and confusing.
Still app developer is not concentrating on quick pin issue when device was changes. Is he asking the customers to use the same old devices for lifetime even though the technology is growing up day by day. Sit with iphone developers where itz working fine in those devices and fix the issue. Even after set up of quick access pin i could not able to login and error is throwing saying that it was already registered with some other device and asking to login with the same even though it was registered on the same device. Completely dissatisfied.
I changed my device. I had registered for UPI on old device. Now when I go to UPI option on new device it says "SIM has changed. Do you want to update?" When I press YES an SMS is sent and screen goes to "Update Question" screen. I receive SMS reply "Your mobile number and device is successfully captured for UPI registration". In "Update Question" screen it asks me to input "Your secret question" and "Secret answer". I'm able to input details in "Secret answer" section but "Your secret question" field is not editable neither there comes old secret question. Kindly rectify the bug.
Please once take an idea of mobile banking from Kotak bank app, it's flawless, easy to operate with incessant options. Love the app. Since I have both primary banking so I can feel the difference. Dear developer please you too take a look.
This app really needs a critical update. Unable to login when the device is changed even after setting up a new pin. HDFC is not concerned about this as if they are just interested in exchanging emails which are of no use. Instead of emails please concentrate on the app.
I have been using this app for 2 years, and have not changed my device, Today it is suddenly saying you are registered with other device.. also it is allowing to login via cust id. ..is ths a BUG!! how do i register this already registered device again? It is supposed to get auto registered via mobile no. right?
