I am using this app from a very long time ...even I am using some other mobile banking app as well. So my feedback is that as many other banks has implemented fingerprint access for login,which is very easy and secure as well. I want to know when are you going to roll it out in this app. You are at the top banks in India ..I am using one plus 3t model phone. Kindly revert me as when you will be adding fingerprint access for login which will be rolled out for my phone
I like this app as it eases up my banking vsry smoothly. Only dampner is that the quick access feature is very troublesome. when i changed my phone, i was allowed to link new phone with quick access. I forgot the earlier phone pin, so i went in for forgot password section, there the app simply declared that I am not sligible for quick access. Please amend it and take reference from IRCTC, which allows us to set quivk access even when we reinstall the app after say phone reset.
I have been using this app for a while. The app seems to be working smooth and with the inclusion of pin instead of password has made app more mobile friendly. One thing that I would like is to make this app more user friendly in design and positioning of the useful/more user links etc. Ps. Don't use UPI though. It's worse. Its not trustworthy. I tried to make a transaction, the amount got deducted instantly but it didn't got credited into the other account. When tried calling the call center they don't know why. UPI was supposed to transfer within a day and it's been 3 days and my money is still stuck. Don't trust UPI feature.
Mere pas HDFC ka credit card hai uska customer id bhi hai. but na to net banking kisi bhi browser se active ho rahi hai na hi is app me koi new ragistration ka option aa raha hai. Kai baar customer care par bhi call laga liya unhone bhi kaha ki aap kisi naye browser se use registard kare. Sab jagah process kar liya nahi ho raha hai. Aapse request hai ki aap is app me bhi new user aur existing user ke liye ragistration ka option available karwaye hai. Aur jab forgate pin ka option aata hai waha customer id par sorf niyumric no. Hai leta hai waha alpha bhi le to acha rahega. Ye jo khamiya hai is aap me wo dur kare aap
No surprises for one more poorly tested release from your IT team. Do you guys run even basic tests like login? I ended up in login loop for 2 hours after the recent update. It keeps showing registered with some other old device. Whyyy? Even when there's no device change. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND ZERO SERIOUSNESS FOR PAST FEEDBACK.
The overall app is good. The above rating reflects difficulty in setting a new quick access pin after you change your cell phone or factory reset your same phone. It does not allow you to use quick access pin and keeps asking to use the old phone where the quick access pin was originally set. Do you expect us to not upgrade our phones? No body bothers to reply.... Still after 6 months this feature is jot working
