Very bad app. Highly disappointed. App freezes most of the time on screen. Is very laggy. UI not at all appealing. Have been using ICICI bank iMobile app for a long time. It's 100 times better than this. HDFC, if you are listening, please rectify the issue. Update 31st May 2025 - Why don't we still have the option to check our loan account? this is 2025 and all the other banks provide this except yours. Quite a disappointing experience with this app, not useful at all.

Updating my review. it used to be good until last year, and not sure what happened, since they have launched their new app, the old app keeps failing to open. and many people have already complained about this in other reviews. Every time this happens, we need to uninstall and install back the app. This is especially happening since they released a new app. now I have both the apps, and both of them have the same issue. and is the most obvious issue and not sure how they are ignoring it

The app has been very annoying for me. It randomly pops up "we will now verify your sim linked to bank" when I don't even change the sim and has been very inconvenient for me who is living abroad and is unable to send SMS. It stops me from doing my transactions and I have to go out of my way to operate netbanking on browser.
