Update: Dec. 7th .......sent emails to the contact that's on here still no response! Sent one on Oct. 31st and today. Keeps telling me an error has occurred contact customer support when I try to sign in. I have deleted the app and re-installed it and I keep getting the same message. Spoke with an agent to reorder my supplies on July 26th and I let her know the problem. I was told that they were aware of it and was working on it.

There is no place to leave a comment, specifically describe the problem, or needs to be addressed. For instance my headgear falls apart nightly. I lose the magnet clip because the Velcro does not stick! It's been taped together for 5 months! Along with the REUSABLE FILTER doesn't stay in, usually lost and/or contaminated within the first month because the DISPOSABLE FILTERS don't fit! EVEN AFTER CONTAMINATED BY HOSPITAL STAY OR FAULTY GEAR I CAN'T GET REPLACEMENT PARTS WITHOUT GOING HOMELESS
