Unable to pair. Update: I was able to find a solution after updating the app and being unable to pair with my device. This involved going to settings, apps, selecting the snooz app, selecting storage, then selecting clear cache and clear data. Once I did that, the app was able to connect to the device. Everything works great now.

Hi Brent, Sorry for the trouble. For Android 12 and 13, Google recently changed from requiring users to grant the App Location permission to now a specific Bluetooth permission. Try: 1. Restart your phone, 2. Uninstall/reinstall the SNOOZ App, 3. Apps > SNOOZ > Permissions > Enable Nearby Device Permission or 4. email us at App@getsnooz.com.

This app doesn't work. It never connects no matter how many approaches I take. Already did every step in the help manual. UPDATE: After unplugging and replugging in the device, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it worked again. I'm still keeping the rating at 1 star because this is like the third or fourth time this has happened.

If you would like to contact us at app@getsnooz.com with a little more info, we could either address the issue you are seeing in an App update or get you out a new unit to give that a try as well. Our only concern is making you happy.

I have had my SNOOZ machine and app for many years (I was a Kickstarter backer in 2015). The app has worked flawlessly and the machine has certainly helped our sleep quality over the years. I recommend the SNOOZ to many people. However, I dislike having to turn both the machine and the timer feature on every night. Please integrate a schedule feature or other home automation service (IFTTT/Google Home/Alexa) integration with the app.
