Sound machine itself is great. The App on the other hand is hit or miss sometimes. I have it set up on a schedule to fade in, at the time we're getting ready for bed. And then fade out in the morning around the time our alarms are going off. Most of the time it works fine. But then there's a few random times it doesn't fade. It will just comes on full volume. Or it doesn't come on at all. Other times it doesn't turn off in the morning. I'll have to manually turn off at the sound machine.
Hi Mikel. Sorry for the trouble. The App uploads the scheduler times + fade times + the current time on your phone directly to your unit, and then from that point onward the unit takes over. If you send us a email at app@getsnooz.com we are 100% confident we can debug and find a solution.

Same terrible app, different update. Have attempted to try & use this app for a couple of years now. I always keep it updated and it still never connects unless I do a hard reset, unplug, plug etc. I have a newer Galaxy phone with no other app issues. No I will not contact you directly as there are clearly many of us with the same issue. Please hire app developers that are experienced as this is beyond pathetic. Love the machine though.
