The app is decent, with several annoying exceptions. The app occasionally crashes, will not allow a same-day reattempt, and chides me for missing a day. I can see the device battery level during a session but never after, sometimes I cannot start a session b/c the battery is too low. No way to see the number of uses left; usually there's a 7d warning, not always, and my provider cannot send quickly, cites SUPPLY CHAIN DELAYS. When the piece expires, the app is completely locked up, unusable.

The app absolutely refuses to connect to the device after the initial session. I've tried restarting my phone, removing and reinstalling the app, completely restarting the Bluetooth service on my phone, and it still does not check for the control device after the first session. If I wait a week, the app will reset and I can do the first therapy session again, with the same results thereafter. I'm sure the therapy device would be great, if it worked consistently.

The app needs to be constantly refreshed and doesn't always work and connect with my phone. Turn the phone on turn the phone off. It's a new phone. Just got it in December of 2024. It's installed properly. It was working all the way up to today. Check the Bluetooth check the internet connection. I'm getting emails and internets with no problem accessing phone calls, so it's your app. Please redesign it. Look into your I Department.
