Ratings and reviews

If you are travelling with bus this app is really not the way to go. Best stick to your card until they actually optimize it properly. Also, they should make it so your physical card doesn't become void, in case the app has some issues. In this way you can avoid fines.

I was using digital card on s24 ultra, it was very convenient way of travelling, and now i switched to s25 ultra, which i found is not listed as a supporting device for digital cards. I hope RTA will soon release an update adding newer models to the list soon.

I am writing to share my experience with the digital Nol card service. While the concept of a digital card is convenient, the current implementation falls short in several key areas. The application frequently experiences issues, such as failing to open altogether. This makes it difficult to rely on the digital card for everyday travel.
