I just want to share my very disappointing experiences ordering food from S&R. Last dec 15, the delivery rider assigned to my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. And today, I encountered another issue where my order arrived incomplete, and despite reaching out to report the problem, I received no response at all. These issues happened on separate orders and different days, which makes the situation even more frustrating. This level of service is very disappointing.

I was delighted to see that S&R has launched its new app. As someone who has been eagerly awaiting this service and currently uses MetroMart for online grocery shopping, I was very excited to try it. I completed my first order after Christmas and was thoroughly impressed. Our orders were delivered precisely within the requested time slot, with no items missing. Glacially slow 🦥 Many server side exceptions and time outs. Missing sorting and filtering for search results. Can't find items I've previously bought in-store. The shopping cart seems non-deterministic, for the same shopping cart with a constant number of items, it showed seemingly random numbers between 5 and 78 inclusive. Easily the worst shopping app I have ever used, which is a shame because I want it to be good.
