Was great until that update. Unable to connect to Snuza now, tried uninstall reinstall, connecting right by Snuza. Snuza is charged completely. Please tell me what I am missing. I've had the Snuza for 5 months already and never had this problem.
Keeps disconnecting. It worked great in the beginning but now it keeps beeping that it is not connected or doesn't even beep. All my volumes are up and I am right next to it and it is charged. Why is this an issue now? It also says error with Pico? Please help or I am going to have to return I have had this for month now.
In the beginning it worked great, then after a few weeks of use it had trouble connecting to the app. For the past month I haven't been able to connect at all and I've tried multiple devices with different operating systems. Don't waste your money buying the Pico because of the app, at this point it's not any better than the regular snuza.
When I first start up the app it runs its dumb alarm saying its not connected, really frustrating when it's a high pitched ring that wakes up your kid. I know it's not connected, I just turned it on!
I upgraded from snuza hero to snuza pico just for the added bonus of this app and its useless as it wont let me connect. Waste of my money. Wont recommend to anyone.
Why can't I create an account from within the app? Why is it constantly timing out? Why is there no manual firmware update button? This app is a mess.
