Paid on the 8th in the morning. No access by evening so I put in a support ticket. No response by the 11th so I called. They said there is nothing they can do to see the app purchases so they said they will send an email. Nothing on the 12th so I called back and they said again nothing they could do but send an email again and that I should open another ticket. No response on the tickets yet... Requested a refund from Google today. They have had plenty of time to respond/acknowledge.

glitchy, lots of issues for a subscription app . just paid membership but I no longer have access to chat, so that's another negative

⭐ Awful Online Customer service. Be careful, they will take your money and claim they didn't get it. Even sending Screenshots of Cleared Credit card receipts.They will take up to a day or more, (if they answer you) then they will type a sentence and close the Chat so you have to start a new Claim. Very Unprofessional. wish I could give Negative Stars the actual site is a Solid 3 stars. Very glitchy, but does the job.
