This is by far the best Police information app I've used. Yes it was great when it was free BUT I now pay for it and will continue to do so as I find it so valuable. If you're not happy to pay for it, then it's a free market go use an inferior app and have done with it. Cops that get paid a wage don't work for free and if you did ..... you'd be a volunteer. The app owner has a right to earn a living. To the app owner, you are obviously doing a good job as those who are moaning about paying for it would still use it for free. Keep up the good work.
I was a bit unsure about buying a subscription but when my wife pointed out I used to pay more annually for updated versions of books which weren't as convenient, I changed my views. This app contains a lot of info and has added so much more since I initially bought it. My only wish is that I could add my own offences, or supporting case law notes for specific offences, where they aren't already present, or to add a section where I can put in my force's policies - with this feature, it'd be a 5* for me.
Got this as a paid for app an use frequently. Submitted things I thought could be added or changed always recived feedback. If a subscription of £12 is required to keep the knowledge base up to date. It is still cheaper than manuals and easter to search and carry.
Super useful app. This is my go to aid, and will get rid of the countless cards carried in my pockets! People moan about the subscription, it's 99p a month folks. Not even a coffee. The Dev needs the support from us, who keep demanding new features. Small price to pay imo. Keep up the great work!
I like the app its well set out etc. However like others have said they now want a monthly subscription which is £12 a year. Bit of a joke really as I havent found that with other apps I own. Maybe a yearly subscription of £1 or 2 is more reasonable but its just another money making schem in my opinion.
Great app, easy to use and has all the info you would want on each piece of legislation. Used it for years and 100% happy to pay the tiny subscription to keep it going and support the developer (a guy that was in the job but left to keep this app going so he's got to get a regular income from somewhere). I think people are lucky it has been updated for so long for nothing. If you don't want to pay 99p a month then go buy Blackstone's books, carry them around with you and moan when they go out of date a few months later as new legislation is introduced!
