Ratings and reviews

Overall, I like the app, but some things are more confusing than they should be. For instance, the app knew what kind vehicle I have, but had the wrong trim. I added the vehicle with the right trim, but I can't remove the wrong one. I would think this would be as easy as having an edit/remove button, but there doesn't appear to be one. This is just one of a couple of similar problems I have.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this app! It's secure, it has a smooth and easy interface, it's fast and reliable, it has 24/7 tech support ready to assist, it has countless perks and offers, it gives personalized recommendations for loans and credit cards, helps find life insurance for affordable prices. The list goes on! I know my money is secure, which gives me peace of mind. I get real time notifications for any charge and can dispute any fraudulent charges. Best app ever!

Overall, SoFi has been pretty good. I have multiple account types open through them that I use as my primary accounts. That being said, there are a few features that could use improvement like all apps. The Savings balance should only show the Savings balance, and maybe have a separate section where it shows "Total Savings Balance" that would include the vaults. Also, allow customization of vault appearance. Customer Service is terrible also 75% of the time. Depends who you get.
