Terrible app. Had high hopes that the update would solve all the issues the previous version had. Now the updated one won't even open! Uninstalled and reinstalled and nada. Don't expect the messaging center to work, either. I have sent several messages and zero response. Before that, I was locked out of my account because my password expired but never even had received a notofication that password was about to expire. Each month it is something new. I'm sick of having to jump through hoops just to use my own money!
Terrible. It does not work. Mobile deposit is just as bad as the other credit union's apps.
Reading internal error and won't allow check deposits now. Which is great, I didn't want to be able to pay my bills this month..
Unless I'm missing something or my auto loan is too new (2 months old), I cannot find a single way to pay my bill.... Only reason I have this bank and can't make a simple payment on the app.... 👎👎👎👎
I think this a very slick app, but unfortunately since I upgraded my phone to Android 8.0 the drop-down fields for selecting which accounts to transfer funds or Bill Pay don't work making the app unhelpful at the moment. Tried usual fixes, but may be an OS related error - looking forward to a fix!
