Update, because I am unable to respond to you: I uninstalled the app several times before I posted this review. It would work once, then the next time it would be unresponsive again. When it's working, it's very good. But often it's unresponsive. When trying to log in, nothing works: Biometrics won't open, password unresponsive.

Hi Shari, our suggestion would be to try and delete the cookies/cache for the app in your phone settings and see if that helps. Upon login, verify the biometrics are selected especially after reinstalling or an update as they could reset.

The mobile check deposit never works. Always says check can't be verified. Have tried multiple checks multiple times. Never works. I end up having to go up to the branch to deposit, totally defeats the purpose of the app. Bank elsewhere if u want an app that works and want to do mobile banking.

I get prompted to update the app, however it doesn't give an option to update. Can't drag or bunch my accounts like it says.
