Coast Central Credit Union app (Humboldt Co., CA) The new app is fine when it actually loads & connects but therein is its problem, as it often fails to load for several minutes until you eventually give up, close it, reboot it, and it still won't load. Its glitchy nature on my Android 16 Pixel 8a may force me to return to personal banking, or just transfer accounts to another institutions if they can't fix it.

This new Coast Central online banking app is very difficult to use and one dimensional in how it looks. It takes many different clicks to find options in the menu. All of my payee information and ebill info has been lost, causing a lot of problems. When I called Coast Central for customer service, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes to get help. Not the bank it used to be. I am going to look for something better after being a customer for 36 years!!

This app is convenient & easy to use. they give you messages on the app when the site will be down for maintenance, but an email or text would be much appreciated - at least 3 days prior, so I can start the reminder until time period has passed.
