It won't even let me sign in before it crashes. Everytime, all the time. At this point it's just wasting space on my phone so I'm deleting it.
Works just fine, but... When I go to Bill Pay, it picks up the DESCRIPTION field as the PAYEE, i.e. when I look for a payment I made to CHASE BANK, it should say CHASE BANK, not the description, "3/17 statement" I called, the rep referred the information to the supervisor, and then she told me to log off and try again in an hour since they are referring this problem to IT. She says this is not the first call on this problem today and offered to help me make a payment. TODAY? This is ongoing! And I can make a payment... thank you!

It crashes often You cannot make check photo deposits. It crashes every time.
It's alright. Easy to use. Just wish they had a credit card page. I have to go on my desk top. Also they should enable Android pay.
