It's a great app. I just downloaded it for the first time. I did not experience any of the issues that I read in many of the comments. It looks like CFCU have fixed the issues. Thank you so much for the hard work you all have put into it and for responding to all the comments. I appreciate your responses and the attempts to be proactive. I am able to login with the thumbprint as you have suggested in how to within your comments and in the video tutorials. Experience is smooth and user friendly (coming from a techy person.) Bonus? This allows me the same view as I see it on my desktop. Proud to be a member for all these years.
I miss having the quick view of my balance. Also, when I exit now it doesn't log out automatically. I loved that feature bcuz I didn't have to worry about someone getting in after I closed the app. And it's kinda boring looking :-( Hopefully the next update will be soon and will address these issues.
Really bad since the app has been updated. It never shows my right balance. I deposited a check into my account other day and it wouldn't show up. I had to actually call the number to verify my funds were in my account. Last week it was trying to say all my money was gone except for $25 when I really had a few hundred in the bank. The app needs to be fixed.
I actually like the new app! Yes, it looks different and yes things are in different places but after clicking around for a few minutes I was able to find my way around quite easily! I love that it's now the same experience as when I log-in on my computer! I only gave 4 stars because of slow response but from replies below that should improve as the volume decreases!
The app wasn't broken before, but I am trying to be progressive and like the update... Except that everything is messed up now. Things are in places that don't make sense (cc under loan payments) and the sidebar pops over when I am scrolling through my details non-stop. And it has since the update about a month ago... With no fixes since.
This upgrade sucks! It's so crazy how I can't even have access to my account. I woke up this morning to check my account, only to see that everything got changed on me and it's so annoying! I don't know for others, but me personally I hate this upgrade to death! You better do something to fix this. It's a pain in the ass! You deserve less than 1 star.
