Ratings and reviews

Apps from our other banks are much better. 1. This app is very slow to load. 2. Access to credit card info is time-consuming and laborious. 3. The app offers a "rename" option for each account. This is helpful in keeping budgets straight. However, in the last few months I have renamed accounts only to find them soon changed back. I have tried again and again to no avail. The teller girl at CFCU says she has the same problem. 4. I can't go back and forth with budget app without relogging in. Dumb

No better or worse than the website, so far as I can tell. It is very nice to be able to deposit checks while traveling by simply taking a picture. It took a few tries, but after I noticed that my perfectly framed shots were being cut back on the final image, I pulled the camera back a little, took some new shots, tried again, and that seemed to work.

CFCU is a pretty good bank but the app is pretty frustrating to use. It takes 30 seconds to a minute to load just to get to the home screen. Then alot of times the balances and transactions don't update. Transfers often take time to show up in different accounts and pending transactions that aren't factored into balances make it confusing not knowing how much money is in your account. App definitely needs some major work. Currently writing this review as I'm waiting for my transfer to show up...
